Home: Gotta Have Art Festival: The First Sign of Spring

Art Festival Logo

In early March each year, the Gotta Have Art Festival Team hosts an Art Festival celebrating the artistic talents of Western New York.  This juried show features over 50 artisans, including Roycrofters, displaying their works for sale, including paintings, jewelry, pottery, glass, photography and textile art.  In addition, refreshments, including a delicious lunch is available at the "Crafty Cafe".  A free children's creative art project is offered on Saturday.  A charity raffle of artwork donated by participating artists concludes on Sunday.

In 2018, the show will be expanded to Sunday afternoon sales as well as Saturday.  The show now sets up on Friday afternoon and early evening as well as early Saturday morning.

The festival takes place at Clarence Presbyterian Church, 9675 Main Street, Clarence, NY, next door to the Clarence High School.  Check out pictures of our previous festivals on our photo page.

The 2018 Festival will again take place over two days:  Saturday, March 3, from 10 AM to 4 PM and Sunday, March 4, from 12 Noon to 4 PM. The Crafty Café will have lunch and refreshments available both days.  Admission donation is $3.00.  Children under 12 are free.

All our proceeds from the raffle and the show are donated to the local charities: Hearts and Hands, serving the elderly and disabled in our community, and the Family Justice Center in Amherst, serving victims of domestic violence.
